Shipping Policy
ASKR Wares ships decorative ceramic objects, framed wall art, plates, and vessel forms to selected developed markets with established parcel routes.

Where We Ship
We currently prepare shipping to selected markets including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and selected Gulf markets. We do not open a broad Rest of World shipping zone at this stage.

Processing
Each order will be checked and packed before dispatch. Processing times may vary by product type, quantity, and packing requirements. Final shipping estimates will be shown at checkout when products are available for purchase.

Transit
International delivery time depends on destination, customs clearance, public holidays, and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or local taxes may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Fragile Parcels
Ceramic items are fragile. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact support@askrwares.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, packaging photos, and clear photos of the damaged item. Please keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.
