Return Window
Eligible return requests must be sent to support@askrwares.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original protective packaging where possible.

Before Returning
Please contact us first with your order number and photos of the item. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions if approved. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Condition
Returned items must arrive in resellable condition. We may refuse or reduce a refund if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or packed in a way that causes preventable transit damage.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees and any customs, duties, taxes, or carrier charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Damage on Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, outer packaging photos, inner packaging photos, and clear photos of the damage. Please keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.

Small-Batch Variation
Small differences in ceramic tone, surface texture, edge finish, linework, and hand-finished detail are part of the object's character. These expected variations are not treated as defects.
